Neptune II offers brand-new upgrades with touch-up painting throughout including the kitchen cabinets, new couches and a new side table on the third floor, new carpets and rugs on all three floors, and all-new dark stainless steel appliances with a new kitchen backsplash in the kitchen. The home also now features two brand new, beautiful dining room tables. These amenities provide the many comforts and conveniences of home! Former upgrades in this immaculate home have included updated living and dining room furniture, fresh paint, new cortex floors and carpeting, new landscaping, and decor throughout.
Big decks and ocean views abound at Neptune II. This large oceanfront home boasts three levels, conveniently equipped with a kitchenette on the ground floor, and with easy access to the in-ground pool. A beautiful screened porch allows you to enjoy the colorful sunsets over Back Bay. The third floor bedroom now features a brand new King size bed, upgrading from the former Queen. A large great room with hardwood flooring and cozy, comfortable couches can accommodate large and multiple family gatherings! Neptune II is a great house for friends and family to enjoy.
