This popular semi-oceanfront house offers across-the-street beach access and great ocean views; from the crow's nest you can see the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the Back Bay. The landscaped fenced-in yard has a play area, heated salt-water pool, and a hot tub with pergola. The house has two dishwashers and two full-size refrigerators; the dining area can seat up to 24 people. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is an open floorplan upstairs as well as a beachside sunroom, and downstairs there is a family game room with a pool table. The six bedrooms include 4 king and 2 bunkrooms, suitable for multiple families or large groups.
Enter the first-floor foyer and to your left is a master bedroom (king) with private bathroom and spa tub. To your right are two bunkrooms: each bunkroom has two bunkbeds (twin-over-double) and the bunkrooms share a full bathroom. The game room has an 8-foot pool table, TV, and seating area. The second full-size refrigerator is on this level along with an oversize washer and dryer. Sliding doors open to a lower deck overlooking the saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, and pool area with seating.
From the foyer, or using the outside stairs from the pool area, you access the upper floor. The great room has an oversized dining table, bar seating and a separate game table; the seating area has ocean views and a wide-screen SMART TV. The sunroom can be closed off as a quiet area/extra bedroom. The kitchen has two dishwashers and an extensive assortment of utensils/pots/pans/baking/serving and tableware for large groups. The second floor back deck has a gas grill and dining and seating areas. The front deck has seating and stairs up to a crow's nest which has additional seating. On the upper level there are three more bedrooms: a second master bedroom (king) with private bathroom and spa tub and two other bedrooms (both king) that share a full bathroom. A port-a-crib and highchair are provided along with games, puzzles, books, and DVDs; every bedroom has a TV. The landscaped yard has an enclosed play area and well-behaved dogs are permitted. There is a basketball hoop and ample parking. The house is at the south end of Sandbridge, within walking distance to the public tennis courts, little island park, and the fishing pier.
