Gorgeous contemporary kitchen with granite counters, and deluxe stainless steel appliances. Large ocean view rooftop deck and oceanview front decks and ocean view back deck, as well as ocean view bedrooms. House is steps (80 feet) from 13th Street Beach, on dead end street. 2192 SF home. The house was remodeled with new furniture, hardwood flooring, and new kitchen and bathrooms. Large capacity clothes washer and dryer. High speed internet provided. New widescreen HDTV's in living rooms and all bedrooms. There is a large outdoor shower. Also enjoy Bay views (and ocean views) from rooftop deck.
