Summary: The customer service walking into the door was excellent. Deborah the front desk representative was kind, sweet and friendly. She was warm and welcoming with my grandson after our trip to the nearby Polar Express. She gave us information about the area and made us feel really at home. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.
