The bedrooms, baths, and gathering areas on each of the three levels allow for privacy and plenty of room to spread out. There are two bedrooms on this level including a Queen bedroom with attached bath. You will also find a bedroom with 2 Twin/ Twin Bunks and a full hall bath.
The spacious second level is comprised of a den and four bedrooms. The den provides a tranquil place to enjoy the view, read a book, or take on a puzzle. Each of the four bedrooms offer TVs, upgrades linens and beachy décor. Most with private baths. The first of the four bedrooms is a Queen with Private Bath and access to the east facing decks. The second, also a Queen includes and ensuite full bath. The last two bedrooms are both Queens that share a hall full bath.
The gourmet kitchen on the third floor offers large dining tables overlooking the Atlantic for family style meals, granite breakfast bar, screened porch, as well as plenty of living room seating in front of the floor to ceiling picture windows & television. The recently remodeled Kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. There are amazing views of the ocean from both the living and dining areas with access to the 3rd floor decks and screened in porch. There is also a Queen Primary Bedroom on this level with private bath and outstanding ocean views of Sandbridge Beach and deck access. You will also find a half bath on this level.
The pool area offers fun for all! Lounge in the sun or pick a spot in the shade. Grill up a fresh catch or grab a snack & beverage from the full size refrigerator located on the ground level just off the pool deck. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold settings. The bright, “Built to Last” pool & deck furnishings are a great new addition to this home. Beach access is just a hop, skip, and jump out the back door!
