Welcome to this gorgeous newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home that features luxury high-end finishes with hardwood floors, high ceilings, custom millwork, and natural sunlight throughout. Upon entering, a sunlit sitting area and family room greet you. The family room offers a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a flat screen TV. Gather with family and friends in the fabulous expansive kitchen that is encompassed in shiplap with a large center island that has a butcher-block countertop while the lower cabinets that surround the island are topped with granite. Additionally, there is a Viking gas stove, double oven, farmhouse sink and a wine fridge. Off the kitchen is a half bath and laundry area.
The second floor includes a master bedroom en-suite with a queen size bed, two more bedrooms with full size beds and a full bathroom. The third floor is a loft space with three single beds, a futon, pullout sofa and a full bathroom. There is a mini-split condenser unit on the third floor to keep the bedrooms cool. All of the full bathrooms are shower-stall only with floor-to-ceiling tile and frameless glass shower doors.
The exterior of the home offers a covered front porch that is great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The backyard has a new deck and patio that lead to a landscaped yard with an outdoor shower.
This lovely get-a-away is located in-town, it is just steps to Narragansett Ave! Jamestown offers shopping, restaurants, nightlife and a marina. There is a ferry that can take you to Newport and or Rose Island!
