Great location for a multi-family vacation with 2 levels and lots of space!

***This home is pet friendly therefore we do not recommend guests book if you have extreme allergies to dogs or cats. We do our best to ensure the home is adequately cleaned between each guest but cannot guarantee all pet hair be removed from the home.
The home features 2 stories in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Bryce Resort. It is complete with a screened in porch and multiple living spaces. It has been recently renovated to include all hardwood floors and new appliances!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups and more. We highly recommend shopping prior to your trip as the property is located 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store. There are some cooking basics in the cabinet such as a few spices and oils. There is a propane grill available for your use as well.
This home sleeps 10 total people. The main floor hosts the dining area, living area with a wood stove, kitchen, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The bottom floor includes the laundry room, another living area with small TV, bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms, each with a double bed. Lastly, the couch on the bottom floor doubles as a futon.
All linens will be provided for you. This includes the beds already made up with the linens and 1 towel per person booked for the stay. Paper towels and toilet paper are also provided for your stay but not guaranteed to last you through your entire visit.
The neighborhood is very quiet, not much foot or car traffic. The home does not get cell service but the wifi is fast and reliable. This makes the property great for a serene getaway to unplug!
We are not physically on the property but only 30 minutes away if any issues arise. We try to tend to such matters in a timely fashion to keep your trip running smoothly therefore are available via phone at any time.
