A family friendly neighborhood with walking trails, 3 parks, baseball field, basketball court, volleyball net, pond/beach area. You can fish, swim, and paddle board in the pond.
This neighborhood is near the Bozeman Hot Springs and Jump Time. You are 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, 45 minutes from Bridger Bowl & Big Sky Resort.
12 miles from Bozeman Yellowstone Airport.
Simple clean home with all the essentials:
Upstairs:
The Master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom.
Guest Bedroom is a queen bed.
Children's room has a daybed with comfy twin mattress on top and pull-out twin memory foam pad. Teenager could sleep on twin mattress on top.
TV room has a Queen bed, recliner, and couch, toddler floor mattress, extra heater as that room gets cooler in the winter. Pack n Play in that closet.
Second full bathroom is upstairs in hallway.
Main Floor:
No bedrooms on main floor.
Large Dining Room.
Half Bathroom.
Open Living Room and Kitchen Area with TV includes Netflix, Hulu, and Prime - we bought the Grinch on Prime.
Laundry Room - Washer and Dryer.
Large Backyard with Patio table and chairs for 6.
Central Air for Summer. Trampoline and swing set outside for Summer/Fall.
Upstairs TV room has extra plug-in heater for that room in the winter time.
**This home is owner occupied most of the time. Some closets will not be available. Garage will not be available. 2 parking spaces outside the garage are available, and guest parking is marked in the median grass in front of home if more than 2 vehicles are with your party. We do have a pack and play if needed, just ask. Our ice maker is currently not working, so we will have ice in the freezer until we have it repaired.
Some toilet paper, limited garbage bags, some spices and condiments and dish soap/hand soap.
If it snows we will have someone come and shovel - just be patient please. Garbage is outback and we understand that during the Holidays there will be more garbage.
