Spacious three story, four bedroom, end unit townhome located east of route 1. Ample room for extended family with easy access to the Rehoboth restaurants/bars (0.4 miles) and beach (0.8 miles).
Open floor plan on main level with dining room facing east (seating for 8), and seating area & family room facing west. All separated by a spacious kitchen.
The family room includes 60" flat screen tv, gas fireplace, and sectional. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and counter top seating for three. Sliding doors off the family room allow access to the rear deck patio seating area, which overlooks the Rehoboth canal and is perfect for summer nights.
There are four bedrooms in total, two are master suites with adjoining bathrooms. Both of the master bedrooms are on the second floor and feature en suite bathrooms. The west facing room also includes an outdoor patio and seating area, which overlooks the canal. The final two rooms are both on the first floor, share a bathroom and walk out to the backyard of the townhome. All bedrooms have closets and dressers for plenty of storage.
The unit is both handicap accessible (contains an elevator) and kid friendly, with parking for 2/3 cars. Located in the garage are bikes, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, so you don't need to rent.
