The 2nd one has a queen pull out couch and flat screen tv. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. One has a full bed, another with 2 twins and 1 queen bed, the last has a queen bed. There is a full bath on both floors. The backyard is spacious, and it is a close walk to the private beach. The house is the 7th house from the ocean with no street to cross to get there. Located only a few miles away from Fantasy Island, Bay Village and Thundering Surf Waterpark, this is a great place to vacation with your family. Mini golf is nearby, lots of shops, restaurants, bakery and a candy store. You won't be bored! Beach passes are needed for the beach ($25 weekly, $10 daily for people 13 and over, seniors are $10). The house has air conditioning, 2 smart tvs, outdoor grill, fire pit and an outdoor shower. Must be 25 to rent. Linens and toiletries not included. 5 beach badges are included.
