Suite 203 at the Lofts on Manning is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a large comfortable foldout sofa for sleeping arrangements for four. The full kitchen is large enough to prepare meals. The king size memory foam mattress has quality bedding and pillows and is very comfortable. The bathroom has a large vanity countertop and a tiled walk in shower.
Our building is located in a quiet and peaceful Chattanooga Northshore neighborhood, yet we are about a ten minute walk to the north end of the Walnut St. walking bridge and Coolidge Park. There are several restaurants and coffee shops that are within easy walking distance. Publix and Whole Food grocery stores are ten minute walks or less.
The Aquarium, Imax Theatre, Children's Discovery Museum, and the Hunter Art Museum are about 20 minute walks or hop on the free electric shuttle from the Northshore and ride the Market St bridge to downtown. Lookout Mtn attractions are about 15 minute drive. Great hiking trails on Signal Mountain or Prentice Cooper state forest are 15 to 20 minute drives to trailheads. These hikes offer great views of the Tennessee River Gorge and are easily accessible.
The lofts on Manning has a large common are with a half bath and shared washer and dryer. The common area space does not currently have furniture, but it is planned for the 2024. The Lofts on Manning consists of three apartments above Salon 30A. Two of the three apartments are currently available for rent. A third one bedroom apartment will be available in 2024.
