Wonderful, updated cottage situated on a oversized, picturesque corner lot with easy access to many of Seabrook's most popular amenities. Take advantage of this terrific location close to the Lake House with outdoor pool, basketball court, volleyball net, soccer goal and playground. Hop on the path and walk or bike to the Seabrook Island Racquet Club for a tennis match or pickleball game. When you're ready to hit the beach there are multiple access points along Seabrook Island Road that will have you walking in the sand in no time.
This breezy 3 bedroom, 2 bath space is highlighted by an open floor plan with plenty of natural light. The large family room area features a 60" wall mounted HDTV. Sliding doors lead out to open deck overlooking the beautiful back yard. The open kitchen is adjacent to the family room and is updated with white cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The dining area is light and bright with table and seating for 8 with access to the deck. A propane grill is provided for your BBQ favorites.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with wall mounted 40" HDTV. The en suite bath has a tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed while the 3rd bedroom is a twin over full bunk bed plus a pull out twin trundle bed. Both bathrooms share a full hall access bathroom with tub/shower combination. In addition, there is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer for your convenience.
Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
