After looking at properties in many different Sarasota neighborhoods, we purchased one of the last remaining lots in Indian Beach and built our dream house. Our home is located a mile from downtown Sarasota with its world class restaurants, shopping, entertainment, theater, and bay front parks. St. Armands Circle and Lido Key’s gulf beaches are a scenic 10 minute drive away. Walk a few short blocks from the house to a neighborhood park to view the sunset over the bay. Indian Beach combines the historic and the modern in a thriving and friendly neighborhood.
