There are also plenty of shopping stores and numerous restaurants within CLOSE walking distance of the house! We are only 10 minutes drive to the Virginia Beach resort area, Virginia Beach boardwalk, and Virginia aquarium and just 15 minutes from Sandbridge. We are also less than 3 miles from NAS Oceana and the massive new Amazon facility! Don't let all the nearby city life by fool you though. This townhome is situated on nearly 1 acre of property with all everything a nature lover could want!

We created your room with extreme attention to detail because we want you to have the best stay possible. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable full bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower with instant, piping hot water and a hair dryer for your convenience. In the additional living room space, you'll find a cozy sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Simply push the Ottoman into the sectional for a larger sleeping area than the main full bed! We have a fully stocked kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, cooktop, and microwave if you prefer to prepare your own meals. Stay connected with Starlink WiFi, and enjoy the comforts of heating and AC. We love coffee, and understand the importance of starting the day with a great, hot cup, so we have a fully stocked coffee bar at your command with a Keurig machine, a variety of over 10 different coffees in K-cups, a variety of tea bags, mugs, sweeteners, creamers, and organic local honey! Everything you need to start your day is here!
With a dock and over 300 feet of waterfront, find yourself just steps away from our fully private nine acre pond stocked with trophy sized largemouth bass and other species. We are also situated directly beside a nature trail and bike path that goes all throughout the city of Virginia Beach, so bring your bicycles and explore! We have a flock of over fifty wild ducks and geese that we feed daily. If you would like to borrow some fishing poles to fish in the lake, or if you would like to help feed the ducks, geese, fish, and turtles, please just let us know! The fishing in the lake is really great but please practice catch and release. We also have a fire pit and Traeger grill on the back deck for use. We are animal lovers, but after a few bad experiences with renters with naughty pets, we apologize for not allowing pets.
