Welcome to our home, located in South Venice; a two bedroom, two bathroom newly remodeled home a few miles from Manasota Key Beach or just a few minute Ferry ride to the Private South Venice Beach. The home is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants, the Play House Theatre, and local attractions, and just 2 hours from Disney!!. You’ll love our place because of the people, the ambiance, and of course, the beautiful beaches.

South Venice is a laid-back community conveniently located within minutes of several local beaches such as Manasota Key Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Venice Beach, as well as historic downtown Venice and historic Englewood and golf courses. It is also just a few minute drive to world famous Sharkey’s Pier and the Venice Jetty known for its great fishing and beautiful sunsets.
The space is well-appointed featuring clean, comfortable furnishings with a mid-century modern coastal vibe. As you enter through the front door, a cozy great room welcomes you with a flat-screen smart TV and ample seating.
