Summary: The house is a permanent RV located very conveniently with a bay view and across from the pool in an RV community. People are friendly. There is parking on the lot and a lovely deck that is very peaceful with water views and tons of singing birds. The RV is compact but has all the essentials with useful organization. Cooking some food is possible but there is no stove (hot pad, microwave and large toaster oven available). Coffee maker listed is a Keurig. Its a bit of a drive from the entrance of the community to the property. Be sure to look for house number as the directions are vague. It's convenient to beach with a short drive or a long walk. Theproperty manager is helpful during your stay. It was a nice location for myself, my partner and two teens.
