This is my hideaway where I awake to birdsong and am renting it sparingly. Definitely available July 9 - August 9 for $13,000. Perhaps other assorted times during the summer and fall.
It is a charming light flooded house on 1/3 acre in a bucolic quiet section of the Springs in East Hampton. It's the perfect place to chill and feel comfortable. A ten minute drive takes you to bay beaches that are amazing for swimming, sunning, kayaking, flat boarding, sunsets or to the thrill of ocean beaches and the town of East Hampton, for shopping, dining, social and art events, movies. Weekly farmers' markets are 5 minutes away.
A beautiful place to hang either outside or inside. Lovely plantings and grassy back yard with deck and cool wood table with six chairs and umbrella. Weber charcoal barbeque. All furnishings are new or antique.

Two bedrooms upstairs, one with queen size bed, the other with two twin beds. One bathroom upstairs with shower and tub. Third bedroom downstairs with chic day bed that pulls out to queen size bed. Another full bath downstairs. Closets in every bedroom.
Fully equipped with plates, cutlery, pots and pans, sheets and towels you would want in your own home.
Super high cathedral ceilings with skylights. Modern kitchen. Open living and dining room with tasteful furniture.
