This designer decorated, newly renovated bungalow (1080 sq. ft. ranch) is a great "home away from home" for anyone in town for business, weddings, events, family gatherings and re-unions, house hunting, etc. It is comfortable and cozy, bright and airy, with lots of natural light.
The living room is well appointed and has a large TV over the fireplace. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped. We have a huge laundry room with a washer and dryer. (Store your luggage in here!). The bedrooms are luxurious with high end linens, TV, overhead fan, lots of drawer space, and a closet. The bathroom has also been totally renovated and includes a shower/tub combo. There is another den/library with French doors looking out to the deck and back yard. It also has a TV. We are pet friendly (for a little extra) and have a nice sized fenced back yard with a cute deck and an outdoor grill. The dog park is a block and a half away! Walk your dog there and then walk to Canton St. and sit outside at one of the pet friendly restaurants on Canton Street!
Historic Roswell has become a "destination" because of it's hip, thriving diverse dining, shopping, and art district on Canton Street and surrounding area with 30 plus restaurants--many award-winning. There is no lack of things to do in Roswell whether it be a historical tour, a cultural event, visiting art galleries, exploring the Chattahoochee, or enjoying one of the many award winning parks and trails. Enjoy Roswell's famous "ROSWELL ALIVE" street party on the 3rd Thursday of every month from April through October! Also Roswell has many event and wedding venues within a 2-3 mile radius...
