Summary: Let me start out with the positive. The front desk attendant, Bijorin was amazing. Very kind, patient and helpful. Although it took 45 minutes for me to be checked in, he never gave up and kept reassuring me that I would get the room that I booked. The problem was that Expedia/Hotels.com did not submit my reservation correctly and the hotels front desk attendant could not find my reservation in their system. Finally after contacting Hotels.com and staying on the phone for 30 minutes the problem was finally resolved.
