We have a picnic table and gas grill behind the parking area in the back. This is a spacious place with original hardwood floors just refinished, granite in the kitchen, fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies you will need.
We have 3 Queen sized beds in 2 bedrooms upstairs for you. The full bath has original coral coastal color ceramic in it and has a full size bathtub, ceramic surround and shower.
The living room and dining room create great space to enjoy your meals and relax in the evening after a great day at the beach and enjoying the area. In-unit laundry available.
Ocean View is a great area with restaurants and a 7 mile beach w/ white sand. Parking is right behind in our parking lot or in the street. This is a completely separate condo unit. There are 2 other short term rentals on site in this location with shared parking behind & additional parking in the street if needed.
