It combines a year-round private hot tub, panoramic lake views, and direct access to a gently sloping private beach (no road to cross).

Afin de préserver notre merveilleux lac (et de se conformer à la réglementation municipale), il est interdit aux clients d’apporter et d’utiliser leur propre matériel nautique (Paddle Board, SUP, jouet gonflable etc.) sur le plan d’eau.
Le bruit, le tapage et les conversations bruyantes sont interdites dehors après 10 pm. Vous pouvez chuchoter ou parler à voix basse. La musique est interdite dehors en tout temps. Une amende de 250$ est prévue si ces règles ne sont pas respectées.
