1800sf Two story house, upstairs apartment is 3 bed 2 bath (one master suite, one family bath) together with a living room with trundle bed/couch, WiFi, Roku TV (Netflix and Amazon), Kitchenette with Sink, Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hotplate. Downstairs has full kitchen and laundry. Master bedroom with ensuite double vanity bathroom plus smaller front bedroom with bunk bed suitable for children. Fishing available in the bayou , 3 cruiser bikes available to ride the trail across the road connects to the Pinellas trail, Twin brooks golf course is just steps away. 10 mins to downtown St. Petersburg or St Pete beach
Please note both upstairs and downstairs are on a separate air conditioning systems so any guests with allergies I recommend staying in the upstairs apartment. Also we have ring security cameras on the front and side entrances only, there are no cameras inside for your privacy.
