The living room has a comfortable leather corner couch and comfortable sitting chair for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies. There is a large tv with full cable service as well as state of the art Roku streaming options - bring your Netflix password and enjoy!
The kitchen has new composite countertops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with ease as it comes fully equipped with new appliances.
The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a large shower, plus an entrance to the upper, wrap around deck with views of the mountains and the surrounding area.
The daylight, roomy basement level has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twins. There is a full bathroom downstairs, laundry machines, and a movie area with another large flat screen tv.
There is a nice small xeroscaped yard and open space with a large park just a block away. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family.
A one car garage comes with the townhome which is especially nice in winter, and there is also street parking.
