Summary: This is a beautifully placed hotel in the middle of a very popular hiking area. It’s dated, the lift was out of order, no designated disabled parking but the staff did rectify this issue by coning off a space for us near the door. The bedding and bathroom were clean, but dated. The biggest let down was the balcony. Completely unable to use it because of how filthy it was. Chairs, floor and banisters were covered in dirt, leaves and bird poo. It was the thing we were most looking forward to using. Overall for the price and location (15 min drive to Telford international centre) I would consider again but would not concern myself with a balcony. I did not use any of the amenities such as the gym or bar.
