The upper level boasts a bright and open living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar that seats four, and a dining table for eight. Relax in the comfortable seating area around the 42-inch LCD TV, or kick back in the enclosed porch that looks out toward the ocean. Step onto the east-facing deck, complete with a bar table and chairs, and soak in the beautiful beach views directly across the street. The upper level also features three bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private bath and LCD TV, plus two queen bedrooms, each with a TV and easy access to the full hall bath.
On the lower level, you’ll find a cozy den with a sofa, TV, full bath, and laundry room. This level also has two bedrooms—one with two twin beds and a TV, and the other with twin bunks.
Spend your days splashing in the large saltwater pool, relaxing on the pool deck, or cooling off in the shaded area beneath the house. The side yard offers a perfect spot for yard games, and the gas grill by the poolside is ready for your favorite barbecue meals.
