The home boasts main channel views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, game room, and master bedroom. The first floor bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a full bath with full laundry is located just off of the fully equipped kitchen. The first floor has an open concept providing main channel views from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and game room. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, with the master bed featuring a king sized bed and a full view of Brown Bay including the main shipping channel, and the TI Bridge. The one guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the last bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle bed. There is also a full bathroom upstairs adjacent to all bedrooms. There is a large deck attached to the house with a gas grill for barbecuing. A private dock with elevated deck and area to relax on the water are also included with plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy all the St Lawrence River has to offer. There is a paddle boat included for great family fun. Millionaires Row is just around the corner from this property offering spectacular architecture and properties to view. Boldt Castle is just a 5-10 minute boat or car ride away. This a great place to just relax, go fishing, boating, sight seeing, swimming or just recharge the batteries. Absolutely no Cats allowed.
