The kitchen has new granite countertops and is fully equipped with a microwave, stove top oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. The two bathrooms include showers and handy hair dryers for convenience. Guests enjoy a comfortable stay year-round thanks to split unit heating, electric fireplace and AC. The outside deck has a retractable awning with a dining table and balcony bar that can seat 8 people. You will need to contact the Avalon Resort office to get a background check and provide them with your arrival dates to get a security code for the entrance gate. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring the resort or enjoying quiet moments inside, this phenomenal condo provides a welcoming mountain atmosphere.
