Inside this renovated beach home you will love the hardwood floors and bright beachy colors. A brand new kitchen with glowing granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. Just off the kitchen is a wide deck in the front of house for outdoor dining and lounging whilst offering a peak at the Ocean. The themed bedrooms make it so much fun for everyone else.
Each bedroom has an mounted flat screen TV for games, movies or TV watching.
3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs provide ample space for everyone to kick back and relax. With adjoining rooms, a king bed, 3 bunk beds and a daybed, the downstairs area is a perfect hideaway for the younger guests.
The upstairs master suite offers a beautiful king bed with private en suite bath and it's own private deck overlooking the Bay. Complementary bedmaking and linens provided all year round on every stay.Linen package includes: Sheets and pillowcases for all beds. One Terry style bath mat for each bathroom and bath sets for 21 guests. Bath set includes one body towel one face/hand towel and one washcloth. If you need extra blankets, pillows or kitchen towels please bring them with you along a plenty with beach towels.
Beds will be made for you the day you arrive. Beds come with bedspreads or quilts and pillows. King, queen and full size beds come with two pillows, twins and trundles come with one.
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinner wares, coffee cups,glasses,utensils,small appliances including a coffee maker,toaster and a blender.
The pool and hot-tubs are cleaned on the day of your arrival. We will do our best to keep all these clean and ready to use on your arrival.
