There are three bedrooms on the first floor as well, including a primary suite with a flatscreen TV and its own bathroom with a jetted tub. The two other bedrooms (including one with a private balcony) share a full hallway bathroom.
The fourth bedroom / loft on the upper level is the perfect combination of an entertainment space (with a four-in-one mini game table and a big-screen TV), an extra sleeping area, and a workstation. So, this bonus loft can be used as an area for your teens and tweens to get away from the adults or shared by two families.
