This is a peaceful vintage North Fork cottage in a private community. We have owned this cottage for over twenty years and our family has spent summers by the beach here. The house is open and airy. The ceilings have all been reconstructed with skylights. There are two bedrooms fully stocked with linens. The pantry is stocked with all essentials and our kitchen has all the utensils needed. We are secluded in a small, off-the-beaten-path, neighborhood with sandy roads and a private beach. We have an extensive movie and book collection. There is currently only internet access via your private Optimum subscription. Take a walk through the pretty rolling hills in the neighborhood. We are a brisk walk from the jitney to /from NYC. This cottage is ideally located steps to the beach. There are farms, the post office, and a coffee shop up the street. We offer an artistic, peaceful, and clean house by the beach where you can make memories. This beach rental is truly unique as it is secluded and rustic, yet only a bike ride to Greenport village.
