This unique penthouse at The Sanctuary offers a truly exceptional experience, featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms in an enviable location in the exclusive southwest corner. Take in breathtaking sunsets over Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and expansive views of the sand dunes stretching all the way to North Carolina, along with stunning bird’s-eye views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Little Island Fishing Pier.
Professionally designed and decorated, the condo boasts elegant furnishings, including imported African wood cabinets, an infinity bathtub, low-profile vanity sinks, two built-in wet bars (in the primary suite and kitchen), and a built-in espresso machine.
The grand living room is open and inviting, with plush seating arrangements for the entire family, a 60-inch smart TV, and a DVD player for screening your favorite movies. Step out onto the large, corner wraparound balcony to sip a cocktail or enjoy a quiet moment with your espresso. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line GE appliances, along with all the utensils and serveware you might need for meal preparation.
Each bedroom features a TV, including the primary suite with its own private wraparound balcony, wet bar, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom complete with a glass shower and separate jetted tub.
The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which features a children’s playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as ample public parking for unexpected visitors. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering beach access and abundant hiking trails.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
