The perfect beach getaway home for family & friends. Just a 200 yd. stroll from the front door, & you are at a quiet beach on the Chesapeake Bay of Virginia Beach. Relaxing on the beach, exploring the local restaurants/breweries, shopping downtown/outlets, visiting the oceanfront/boardwalk or local aquarium & theme parks. The house features a fourth floor eagle's nest that provides a view of the bay spanning from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Come Enjoy!
The space
This upside down home has the views: Three floors of living space (all stairs, no elevator). No pets (allergy free)
The first floor features a bedroom with queen-size bed and private bathroom.
The second floor includes the other three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom with his and her sinks, stand-up shower and bathtub.
The Circle Room has a queen size bed.
The Surf Room has two twin beds and a pull out trundle. There is also a common full bathroom on the the second floor.
Wake up and enjoy one of the 2 balcony views while drinking your coffee.
The third floor is the main living area that features an open concept living room with plenty of space for all to enjoy. A large fully stocked kitchen and a dining room area that can seat up to eight and bar area for four.
This third floor is where the view starts. The view out the big picture window or sitting on the balcony is nice; especially the sunsets and view of the bay.
The fourth floor is the Eagle's Nest. It offers the best view of the Chesapeake Bay and an excellent area for a quiet talk, a few drinks or to read a book. There is an independent air conditioner available to keep the space at a comfortable temperature.
Monthly light house-cleaning services including clean sheets, bathrooms and floors will be provided.

We offer a front door access code lock, and a two-car garage (remotes are provided). Free curb-side street parking.
Other things to note
Beach Chairs , towels, umbrella, beach cart, and spray lotions are provided for your use.
