The second level of this home is where you will find your main living and sleeping areas. At the top of the steps, you will be greeted by a bright, open concept floor plan. The expansive kitchen, allows for plenty of "cooks in the kitchen". A great space for families to come together a whip up a quick surf & turf! The dining area seats 8 comfortably and breakfast bar seating for 4 more. The best part is the view of the Wildlife Refuge, canal, and pool from the dining area. After dinner, everyone can relax on the family sized sectional sofa and take in your favorite Netflix movie or enjoy some ice cream out on the deck.
There is a room type for everyone in this home. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a King with ensuite bath with double vanity. There is a screened porch on the ground level to take in the sight and sounds. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower which is convenient for showering off when coming in from the beach or heading from the beach to the pool.
