With exquisite sunset views over the Piankatank River, long pier for fishing or boats with 4 foot or less draw, this delightful and relaxing property offers it all: pool, tennis court and long riverfront porch.
The space
Access the property down a long driveway and enter through the kitchen. The house is old and a little quirky where owners have added on and adjusted the layout. The downstairs includes two master suites with attached full bath and king sized bed each. One of the master bedrooms is accessed through an enclosed breezeway with two steps.
There is an additional full hall bath downstairs. Living room and dining room both open to the screen porch that runs the length of the house. Perfect for lazy dinners and lounging, the porch provides stunning sunset views and a wonderful view of the river.
Upstairs (watch your head going up!!!!) there are two more bedrooms, plus a full bath in the hall.
