The middle level is sunny and bright, with windows galore and views of the bay. There is a convenient full hall bath with shower as well as a queen bedroom with a flatscreen TV. The laundry room is also located on this level. The spacious great room offers vaulted ceilings, plenty of seating for game night, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen located off the great room boasts sparkling black granite counters that nicely accent the stainless steel appliances. Well-equipped cabinets offer everything you need for meal preparation. One of this homes best features is the Florida Room, located off the great room (also with flatscreen TV). Here you will find cozy furnishings, bay views, and access to the outside deck.
The upper level offers a beautiful view of the great room below, as well as two king bedrooms with private baths: one with a jacuzzi tub and shower and the other with a shower.
