You will not only be a few steps from the beautiful pools, new fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, Island Bites, and adult pool, but our incredible beach is only steps away! This unit is located right in the center of Fripp! This Sunsuite has a kitchenette, a small refrigerator with a freezer, a small stove, a queen-sized bed with new bedding, and a 55" TV. All new kitchen supplies, including a crock pot and a Keurig. There are laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of this complex.
Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
