An elevator services all three levels of the home, making it convenient for everyone. You'll also find outside access to the first and second floors, along with a spiral staircase leading to the third floor, offering a unique and fun way to move between levels.
On the first floor, you'll find a cozy family room with a large flatscreen TV, a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, a freestanding ice maker, and a bath. The second floor opens into a spacious great room that connects seamlessly with the kitchen, which features countertop bar seating for seven. The screened-in porch, accessible via a pass-through from the kitchen, is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, equipped with a table and ceiling fan for added comfort. This floor also houses three of the five bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private bath, and two queen bedrooms that share a full bath.
