The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.Streaming services are available with guest accounts.Elevators are available in the building.Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you've purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines (see
