The primary bedroom features double sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, providing a lovely space to unwind. The spacious kitchen boasts ample counter space and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for that perfect morning cup. The family room is comfortably furnished with a large sectional sofa and offers French door access to the expansive balcony—ideal for an afternoon siesta.
A large laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located off the main hallway. Step outside to the courtyard, where you'll find a step-in entry pool with a jetted area for relaxation and plenty of seating for lounging or snacking. There's even a grill for those enjoyable outdoor meals.

THINGS TO KNOW
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you've purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines (see
