Fully equipped with three large TVs and DVD players in each room; there is a 55-inch TV with surround sound in the living room area. This condo is perfect for those who love to hang out by the pool and includes a private fenced patio with seating.
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
