Va Beach at the North End doesn't get any better! Walk across the street to the beach (beach towels, chairs, and lots of toys provided!)... that's right, no fighting for parking when you can walk... Bikes provided for riding down to the boardwalk or in First Landing State Park. Ocean views (and great views of 4th of July fireworks at 14th street and 52nd street) from spacious 3rd floor deck. Private pool and hot tub, with lots of outdoor living area, including luxurious lounge chairs, screened in porch, gas grill, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower. Inside, custom kitchen is a chef's dream... 2 ovens, gas stove, 2 refrigerators, kegerator (BYOkeg!). Adult/child game room with 17' ceilings, pool table, 65" flat screen TV (flat screen TVs throughout the house). Private gym with treadmill and weights and 40" flat screen TV. Garage for 2 cars, plus driveway for 2-3 more cars.
We provide linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedrooms include: 1st floor master with queen bed and luxurious bathroom suite; 2nd floor master with king bed and enormous luxurious bathroom suite; two 2nd floor kids rooms, each with their own full bathroom and tub - one with full bed and trundle; one with bunk beds and trundle; 3rd floor loft with queen pullout and full bathroom. Two additional powder bathrooms. Two laundry rooms (one on 1st floor that we use for pool towels, etc, one centrally located on 2nd floor for most bedroom/bathroom laundry).
We will personally greet each family upon your arrival, show you around, and make you as comfortable in your vacation home as possible! We can also provide a chef or massage therapist (for an additional fee) or recommend local hot spots and good restaurants to make your vacation unforgettable!
The unique qualities of our home are the LOCATION and the QUALITY... this is our primary residence, so we took great care in the custom build and upscale decor. Our home is comfortable yet luxurious. We are looking for ONLY renters that will appreciate our home and take good care of it while vacationing here.
