Large Yard. Fully Renovated Main Bathroom with new 5' Shower. There is convenient, off street parking for four cars. A grill is available for summer cookouts as well. A bonus outside shower is also available to wash off the beach sand. Conveniently located between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Also within walking distance is Wells Beach center with shopping, arcade, playground, trolley stop, restaurant and ice cream. Grocery store, ATM/Bank, Movie Theatre. Sorry, no smoking or pets!!
