•DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE ($200 cleaning fee charge for smoking)
•Do not take food to the bedroom, remember we are in Florida, the Sunshine State but The Bugs Paradise!!!!!!

KITCHEN RULES:
•Avoid fried foods and foods that leave the house with a very strong smell;
•Keep the kitchen always very clean;

LAUNDRY RULES:
•You can use free laundry with responsibility;
•Collect your clothes when you finish using

TRASH
Remember to put all trash into the the trashcans provided. Please put in the trash bags into the dumpster.

DAMAGES
Your apartment has been inspected before arrival but any problems found on arrival or during your stay, should be reported as soon as possible.
In the same way, if we find any damage after your departure will result in a charge including towels tear or stain.

DEPARTURE DAY WISH LIST
* Check that you have removed all personal items from drawers, closets and cabinets.
* All doors and windows must be closed and locked, remember the house is under your responsibility during your stay.
* Throw away all items in the refrigerator, micro-oven and oven.
