Discounted all-inclusive day passes to the Grand Bahia Principe resort — available for purchase with your stay.
This 2-bedroom condo in the gated Terrazas community of the Bahia Principe resort is an Akumal vacation rental built for families and groups: room for 7, a full kitchen, and the Riviera Maya's best perks without the all-inclusive price tag.
Why guests book this place:
- Discounted day passes to the Grand Bahia Principe resort available for purchase — buffet restaurants and unlimited drinks
- Minutes from Akumal Bay's famous sea-turtle snorkeling and the area's best cenotes
- Full kitchen, laundry room, fast wifi, and a private patio/terrace
- Gated community inside one of the Riviera Maya's biggest resorts
- 4.89 stars across 159 stays — same condo, same host
The neighborhood:
Akumal sits between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, close enough to both for day trips but quiet enough to hear the waves. Snorkel with turtles in the bay, swim in half a dozen cenotes within 20 minutes, or purchase discounted day passes and spend the afternoon at the resort's pools and restaurants.
Guest access:
You'll have the entire condo to yourselves. The Terrazas community is gated with resort-wide security, and check-in details are shared after booking.
